OCN rescuers Antoine and Hawain had to fight against strong waves to retrieve a seal that had almost slipped away. With just a few extra seconds of his time, they removed a piece of fishing line from his neck, before safely returning him to the ocean, his natural and preferred habitat. Seals remain unaware that the ocean, their native environment, has been transformed into a dumping ground by those it sustains the most: fishermen.
